Vernon Hills Homes Near the Old Missile Base

Vernon Hills turned an old Nike missile base into a park. The land was also once a Navy training center and a candy company site. Today it is the 184 acre Vernon Hills Athletic Complex. Homes all around it hold families with kids in leagues there. The Aspen Drive Library sits across from the school campus. Practice nights mean dirty floors. Hawthorn School District runs six grade schools in the village.

Our standard cleaning takes the floors off your list. Weekly or biweekly, we mop, vacuum and wipe the counters. Baths get scrubbed each time. Sports bags and cleats leave grit we mop from the entry. Then a Vernon Hills weekend is for the fields, not the floors.

Vernon Hills Cleaning From 125 Houses to Thousands

Vernon Hills began during 1958 with 123 people and 125 houses. Hawthorn mall opened during 1971 and the town grew around it. A newer shopping center rose on a former 52 acre soybean field. Most homes went up in the 1980s and 1990s, when the village added land for Corporate Woods and Centennial Crossing. Today about 27,000 people live here. CDW, Zebra Technologies and Rust-Oleum are all based in the village.

Newer homes still need a good clean. Spotless Home Cleaners offers standard cleaning on a set schedule. New buyers can book a move-in clean before the boxes arrive. Cabinets and closets get wiped inside before you unpack. Offices in Corporate Woods can set up commercial cleaning. Get a free estimate online today.
