Inverness, Named for Scotland, Cleaned on Schedule

Arthur T. McIntosh pieced together 1,500 acres here during 1926. He named the place for Inverness, Scotland, his family home, and folded in an old golf course. The homes he planned still set the tone. They are large, set back from the road and wrapped in lawn and trees. They fill the village from Barrington Road to Roselle Road, and Algonquin Road to Dundee Road.

Big homes take a routine. Spotless Home Cleaners sets a weekly or biweekly clean and keeps the list the same each visit. Kitchens, baths, bedrooms and high shelves are covered. Mudroom floors and the boot tray get wiped down. After that, the long Inverness driveway is the only thing left to sweep.

Big Homes on Big Lots in Inverness

Inverness was laid out with winding roads and a one-acre minimum lot size. The first new homes, finished by 1939, ring the Inverness Golf Club. Kids go to District 15 or Barrington 220 schools. Houses here are large, with many bedrooms, many baths and lots of floor space. Spotless Home Cleaners brings a full crew so a deep clean is finished in one visit, not spread across a week.

With almost no shops in the village, residents rely on people who come to them. We show up on time, bring our own eco-friendly supplies and clean top to bottom. Every cleaner is background checked. Every visit follows the same written checklist. Set a regular schedule online or request a free estimate for a single clean.
