Standard House Cleaning in Evanston (60201)

This recent standard cleaning was for a furnished house in Evanston, ZIP code 60201. The home has dark oak floors, an open kitchen and a separate dining room. Our team handled the regular upkeep that keeps a house in good shape. We wiped every surface in the kitchen and dusted the living areas. We also cleaned an upstairs bathroom and tidied a bedroom.

Kitchen Island and Range

The kitchen centers on a large island with a white stone top. We wiped the island from edge to edge and cleaned under the fruit bowl. The light cabinets and steel range were wiped down. We cleaned the range top and the oven door glass. The black pendant lights over the island were dusted. Last, we wiped the sink, the faucet and the counters by the window.

Living and Dining Rooms

The living room and dining room share the same warm wood floors. We vacuumed the rugs and then mopped the bare floor around them. Shelves, the TV stand and the side tables were dusted. In the dining room, we wiped the table and the backs of each chair. The window sills and the old fireplace mantel got a dust as well.

Upstairs Bath and Bedroom

The bathroom sits under a slanted ceiling with a skylight. We cleaned the marble vanity top, the sink and the mirror. The patterned tile floor was mopped with care around the large plant. In the bedroom, we straightened the bed covers and dusted the desk and shelves. The hardwood floor was vacuumed along the walls and under the bed.
