Empty Townhome Move-Out Clean in Des Plaines (60016)

This recent job was a full move-out clean of a Des Plaines townhome, ZIP 60016. The home has several levels, wood stairs and an attached garage. With no furniture left, the crew could reach every floor and corner. They cleaned inside the oven and microwave and wiped down every bathroom. They also swept the garage and cleaned the laundry room.

Kitchen, Oven and Microwave

The kitchen has wood cabinets, a mosaic backsplash and steel appliances. We cleaned the oven inside, including the racks and the door glass. The microwave was wiped inside, along with its turntable plate. Cabinet fronts, counters and the sink were cleaned next. The fridge and dishwasher doors were wiped free of prints. Then the large tile floor was mopped from wall to wall.

Bathrooms and Laundry Room

This home has several bathrooms, each with its own style. We scrubbed the tubs, the walk-in showers and the glass doors. Each vanity, sink and mirror was cleaned and dried. Toilets were cleaned inside and out, along with their bases. In the laundry room we wiped the washer, the dryer and the cabinets. Every tile floor in the house was mopped last.

Stairs, Floors and Garage

Wood stairs connect each level of the townhome. We vacuumed every tread and wiped the oak railings by hand. The hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room were damp mopped. The slate tile on the lower level was mopped and dried. Out in the garage, we swept the concrete floor clean. Light switches and vents were dusted on every single level.
