Empty Home Move-Out Cleaning in Jefferson Park, Chicago, IL

We finished this move-out clean in Jefferson Park, Chicago 60630, not long ago. The house was empty, with dark stained wood floors in every bedroom. Our team cleaned the kitchen from the oven to the fridge drawers. We also scrubbed the bathroom and dusted the ceiling fans in each bedroom. The floors were mopped room by room until they shone. The home was left ready to hand over.

Oven, Range and Fridge

The kitchen has a black gas range, granite counters and a side by side fridge. We pulled out the oven racks and scrubbed the oven walls and door. The burner grates and caps were lifted and cleaned underneath. In the fridge, we washed every shelf, bin and door rack. Drawers came out so we could wipe the tracks. The steel doors and handles were wiped down outside.

Bathroom Tub and Tile

The bathroom has a glass block window over the tub and white wall tile. We scrubbed the tub and the tile around it. The sliding glass doors were cleaned and their track was wiped out. At the dark vanity, we cleaned the sink, faucet and mirror. The toilet was scrubbed inside and out, base included. Last, the stone floor tile was washed and dried by hand.

Bedrooms and Ceiling Fans

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, gray walls and dark hardwood floors. We dusted the fan blades and the glass light shades first. That way no dust fell on the clean floor later. Window sills, blinds and baseboards were wiped next. We cleaned door knobs and outlet covers in every room. Then the hardwood was vacuumed and damp mopped to a deep shine.
