Move-Out Cleaning in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL

This recent move-out clean took place in Lincoln Park, Chicago 60614. The home was mostly empty, with white shaker cabinets and wood floors. Our team cleaned it from top to bottom before the keys changed hands. The kitchen got the most time, from the gas range to every drawer. We also cleaned the gray tile bathroom and each bedroom floor. The rooms were left bright, clear and ready to show.

Kitchen Cabinets, Drawers and Range

The kitchen has white shaker cabinets and a herringbone tile backsplash. We wiped every cabinet shelf inside and out. Drawers were cleared of crumbs and wiped down to bare wood. The gas range had burnt food under the grates and around each burner. We lifted the grates, scrubbed the cooktop and wiped the griddle plate. The farmhouse sink, faucet and dishwasher front were polished last.

Gray Tile Bathroom

The bathroom has large gray tiles, black fixtures and a glass tub door. We scrubbed the tile walls and rinsed soap film off the glass panels. The shower niches were wiped out and dried. At the sink, we cleaned the basin, the faucet and the mirror. The lighted makeup mirror and outlet covers got a careful wipe too. We finished by cleaning the toilet and washing the floor tile.

Bedrooms, Closets and Wood Floors

Each bedroom had shiny wood floors and wide glass doors to a balcony. We dusted baseboards, window ledges and light fixtures in every room. Sliding closet doors were wiped and their tracks were cleared out. Inside the closets, we wiped down the walls and shelves. Then we vacuumed and damp mopped the hardwood from corner to corner. The floors were left with an even shine and no dust lines.
