Customer Experience and Scheduling Specialist (Full-Time)

About the Role

Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding local service company as a Customer Experience and Scheduling Specialist. You will be the crucial first impression and organizational backbone of our operations, ensuring every Chicago-area client receives exceptional support and perfectly timed service. This is a full-time position (32-40 hours per week) for a highly dependable and customer-focused individual.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

Your primary focus will be on maintaining fluid communication and optimized scheduling to support our field teams and customers across the Chicagoland area.

• Customer Communication: Answer high-volume inbound phone calls and emails with professionalism and warmth, acting as the primary point of contact for all general inquiries.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Efficiently schedule new customers and manage existing bookings using our proprietary CRM/scheduling software, optimizing daily routes for our local service teams.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively and empathetically resolve all customer-related issues (e.g., rescheduling requests, billing inquiries, minor service complaints) by employing effective problem-solving skills to achieve first-call resolution.
• Data Management: Maintain detailed, accurate customer records, update service notes, and track post-service feedback to ensure a consistently high standard of quality control.
• Sales Support: Process service quotes and accurately explain service packages to prospective clients.
