Hi, I’m Sam Aidaraliev—founder of Spotless Home Cleaners, husband, father, and someone who’s probably been inside more homes than most real estate agents. (Over 9,000 homes, in fact—and yes, I remember the good-smelling ones.)
My path into the cleaning world wasn’t a straight line. I started out in accounting (thanks to my parents), but quickly realized office life wasn’t for me. I wanted to work with my hands, help people directly, and build something real. That led me into skilled trades, where I found my calling in the cleaning industry.
I spent three years working in a professional carpet cleaning company, another year in a residential cleaning business, and even ran my own carpet cleaning company back in 2017. Along the way, I also worked in air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and handyman services. In total, I’ve visited over 9,000 homes—and I genuinely understand how families live, what they need, and what they don’t want when it comes to service professionals.
In early 2024, as a husband and a hands-on dad to a growing toddler, I was looking for help to keep up with the mess of everyday life. So I hired some of the top-rated cleaning companies in Chicago, thinking they’d make life easier. Instead? I was shocked.
Some cleaners showed up without supplies, without tools, and clearly without training. One company even tried to charge $380 for one person one hour of cleaning—and I still had crumbs under the kitchen table, I looked around and thought, “Where’s the clean?” I knew something had to change..
That’s when it hit me: if I couldn’t find a trustworthy cleaning company for my own family, I had to create one for everyone else’s.
So in March 2024, I took over Spotless Home Cleaners, originally started by a friend back in August 2014. It was a small operation with loyal clients but no online presence. I saw massive potential.
Since then, we’ve grown rapidly—serving families across Chicago and the suburbs, earning over 500 five-star reviews with a perfect 5.0 average rating. Why? Because we don’t cut corners. We hire carefully, train our teams thoroughly, provide professional tools and supplies, and focus on trust, consistency, and real results.
